Yoga is the one consistent thing in Lindsey’s life that has always had a positive effect. She started learning and going to yoga classes at 16 years old. Lindsey has practiced several styles of yoga and discovered that vinyasa serves her the best. In June 2024, Lindsey completed 200 hour level teacher training at Yoga Flow. She is excited to start a new path on her yoga journey and is honored to teach at Yoga Flow.
Lindsey finds the connection of breath & movement to be healing and energizing. Lindsey will help you practice mindfulness and gratitude each time you show up. She invites you to come as you are! The beginning of class will have time dedicated to connecting with the breath, and then Lindsey will teach flows with enough cues for a newcomer to feel comfortable, and an experienced member to try something new. Get ready to sweat as the class starts to flow!
