Kiersten first started practicing yoga in 2017 when she joined a friend for class. She immediately fell in love with the challenge and intensity of heated vinyasa. After being a student for a few years, Kiersten followed her intuition and signed up for teacher training which fueled her love for the practice even more. After every class she hopes to leave her students feeling confident, accomplished, and inspired. When Kiersten isn’t practicing yoga she is probably at home hanging out with her cat, Greta.
