Hello! I’m originally from Brazil and have been practicing yoga since 2019. I first started yoga as a way to improve my mental health and then I fell in love with its effects on my mind and body. Over the past 2-3 years, I've committed to a more regular practice and joined Yoga Flow to become part of a community since I’ve always practiced on my own.
Each time I lead a class, I am filled with the same sense of joy and fulfillment that yoga initially brought into my life. Those are the feelings I aim to bring to class when I teach. I feel very rewarding to have the opportunity to guide people through something so life changing. I know how much my life off the mat improved by yoga and hope it will change many more lives.
