Danielle initially spent much of her fitness time in the gym, lifting weights, and running. But in 2016 Danielle was diagnosed with a chronic pain issue that would steer her focus away from the gym and towards the mat. On the mat she found peace and serenity and started the journey to look inward and grow.
Danielle loves the challenges and rewards that yoga has brought to her life. She is especially drawn to the sense of community and unity that Yoga Flow cultivates. Danielle completed her 200 teacher trading at Yoga Flow and is honored to teach such a sacred practice.
Danielle is also working on getting her Relax and Renew © Restorative Yoga Level 1 Certificate, she attended Judith Hanson Lasater’s teacher in California and is currently completing her project.
When not on the mat, Danielle enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and chasing her two ornery pugs in the yard.
