BIO

Cheryl first began practicing yoga as a way to get a little exercise. Boy did she learn quickly that yoga is so much more than physical exercise, mastering poses or strengthening your physical body. The true beauty of yoga is the internal exercise and growth that is taking place each time you roll out your mat. Sharpening your mind, building confidence, gaining self awareness , becoming more mindful.

She fell in love with the fact that yoga is such a personal experience, doing the work from the inside out, helping you become the best possible version of yourself: physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Cheryl completed her yoga flow teacher training in July of 2021 and is so excited to be a part of the Yoga Flow family!!

Outside of the studio, I am a Registered Nurse, wife, mother of 2 beautiful daughters, recent empty nester and soon to be Grandma!! My hobbies include traveling, gardening , chalk painting and interior design.
