Angela began practicing yoga in college when her brother brought her to class on a Saturday morning.
She instantly enjoyed the strengthening and restorative poses that took place all in a single class. A few
years later, she began a consistent practice and fell in love with the way every class felt like it was
created just for what she needed that day. She loved the mind-body connection and the feeling of
letting go of the outside world during class and immersing herself in the vinyasa.
She graduated from Yoga Flow’s Teacher Training in 2018, and is looking forward to sharing her
knowledge with students as well as teaching classes that let her students get lost in their practice and let
go.
