Workshop Description:
Join us for a deeply restorative workshop that combines the gentle practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga
Nidra.
In this unique session, we will first flow through a soothing Yin Yoga sequence designed to soften the
body, release tension, and channel chi through the meridian system. As we move through each pose, we
will cultivate the healing energies of the moon, inviting a sense of calm and introspection. This practice
encourages you to tune into your body’s rhythms and embrace the restorative qualities of stillness.
Following our Yin practice, we will transition into a transformative Yoga Nidra session. Known as "yogic
sleep," Yoga Nidra guides the mind into a state between wakefulness and sleep, promoting profound
relaxation and inner peace. During this phase, you will be led through a guided meditation that helps
deepen your awareness, enhance mindfulness, and rejuvenate your spirit.
To complete this nourishing experience, we’ll offer hot lavender tea, allowing you to savor a moment of
tranquility and warmth as you reflect on your practice.
What to Expect:
● A serene environment to foster relaxation and introspection.
● A gentle Yin Yoga practice to release tension and promote flexibility.
● A guided Yoga Nidra session that encourages deep rest and mental clarity.
● Enjoyment of soothing hot lavender tea post-session.
Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned yogi, this workshop offers a sacred space to
unwind, recharge, and connect with your inner self.
*Be sure to wear comfy clothes (maybe bring a blanket, sweatshirt, bolster and/or a pillow) to support your practice.
